In order to participate in tryouts, every athlete MUST:

* complete AVA's TRYOUT SIGN UP form

* have an active KRVA tryout membership 

* provide a PRINTED copy of your KRVA membership (if you haven't already at a pre-tryout clinic)

* provide a PRINTED copy of your USAV MEDICAL form (if you haven't already at a pre-tryout clinic)

* submit your athlete's tryout fee to complete their registration:  cash, Venmo, Apple Pay,  CC
